1 Year Warranty

Every refurbished laptop sold by Perfect Computer is covered by a 12-month warranty starting from the date of delivery shown on your invoice.

What we cover

For 12 months from delivery, if the laptop has any functional defect covered by this warranty, we will at our discretion:

• repair the defect at no charge for labour, or
• replace the affected part at our cost (parts subject to availability).

Service is performed at our Mumbai workshop. Round-trip courier is at the customer's cost.

What's covered

• Hardware faults: motherboard, RAM, storage, screen, hinges, ports.
• Battery health below the rated level mentioned on the listing.
• Keyboard, trackpad, speakers, webcam, microphone.
• Power adapter (replacement only, within 30 days of delivery).

What's not covered

• Physical damage — drops, dents, cracked screens or chassis after delivery.
• Liquid damage — any sign of moisture ingress voids warranty immediately.
• Unauthorised repair — opening the chassis or replacing parts outside our workshop voids warranty.
• Software issues caused by user installation (malware, OS corruption, driver conflicts on third-party hardware).
• Cosmetic wear that occurred after delivery.
• Pre-disclosed cosmetic blemishes or rated battery health stated in the listing's condition notes.

How to claim

1. WhatsApp us at +91 81089 44397 / +91 81691 74397 with your order number, a description of the issue, and 2–3 photos or a short video.
2. We'll respond within 1 business day with a diagnosis path and courier instructions.
3. You cover round-trip shipping to and from our workshop; we cover labour for any covered functional issue.
4. Turnaround: 5–10 working days from receipt at our workshop, subject to part availability.

Other terms

• Warranty is non-transferable. It is valid only for the original buyer named on the invoice.
• Loss of data is not covered. We strongly recommend you back up before sending a unit in for service.
• For B2B orders with GSTIN on the invoice, the same warranty applies.
