Return & Refund Policy
Returns within 7 days for functional defects only

Because we sell second hand & refurbished laptops with disclosed condition notes, returns are limited to functional defects reported within 7 days of delivery. Physical damage is not covered after delivery confirmation.
What you can return
You can return a laptop within 7 days of delivery if:
- It does not power on, charge, or hold a charge as described.
- A functional issue not disclosed in the listing's condition notes is found (e.g. a non-working keyboard key, dead pixel cluster, failing port).
- The unit shipped is materially different from what was ordered (wrong RAM, wrong storage, wrong model).
What you cannot return
- Physical damage after delivery — drops, dents, cracks, spills. Inspect your unit on arrival; report transit damage within 24 hours with unboxing photos.
- Pre-disclosed cosmetic wear, scratches, or battery health levels stated in the listing's condition notes.
- Performance differences from a brand-new unit — these are second hand & refurbished laptops sold as-is for their stated specs.
- "Change of mind" returns. Please WhatsApp us with questions before you order — we'll happily share extra photos or videos.
How to start a return
- WhatsApp us at +91 81691 74397 with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a short video.
- We'll respond within 1 business day with a return shipping label or courier pickup arrangement.
- Pack the laptop in its original box (or equivalent protective packaging) with the charger and any included accessories.
- Once we receive and inspect the unit (typically 1–2 business days), we'll process your refund or replacement.
Refund process
- Razorpay (UPI / Card / Netbanking): refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Cash on Delivery:refunded via UPI or bank transfer within 7 business days. We'll collect your bank details over WhatsApp.
- GST already paid on the invoice is refunded along with the order amount.
- Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, undisclosed defect).
Replacements
If you prefer a replacement over a refund and we have an equivalent unit in stock, we'll prioritise the swap. If no equivalent unit is available, we'll refund instead.
Cancellations before dispatch
Orders can be cancelled at no cost any time before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, the return process above applies. To cancel, WhatsApp us with your order number.
