These Terms govern your use of perfectcomputer.shop and any purchase of second hand & refurbished laptops or services from Perfect Computer. By using the site or placing an order, you accept these Terms.

1. Who we are

Perfect Computer is a sole-proprietorship/MSME based in Mumbai, India, operating under GSTIN 27HVBPK9431A1ZP from Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. References to "we", "us", and "our" refer to Perfect Computer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Products

  • All laptops sold are second hand or refurbished — they are pre-owned units that have been tested and cleaned by our technicians. They are not new.
  • Each listing carries condition notes, photos, and battery health where measurable. You are encouraged to read these carefully.
  • Specifications listed are accurate to the best of our knowledge at time of listing. Minor variations (firmware version, peripheral minor revision) are possible.
  • Photos are representative of the specific unit in stock for unique listings, and representative of the lot for bulk listings.

4. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST at the prevailing rate (currently 18% under HSN 8471).
  • For B2B buyers providing a valid GSTIN at checkout, the invoice will be issued accordingly with the applicable IGST or CGST+SGST split.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a pricing error is discovered after your order is placed, we'll notify you and offer to either honour the order at the corrected price or refund you in full.

5. Order acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Stock unavailability between checkout and dispatch.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity or unverifiable contact details.
  • Delivery to a non-serviceable region.
  • Failure of COD verification call.

If an order is refused, any payment received will be refunded in full.

6. Payment

  • Razorpay for UPI, cards, net-banking, and wallets. Payment is processed by Razorpay; we do not store card details.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders up to ₹15,000. COD orders require a verification phone call before dispatch.

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to commit fraud.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, server, or network connected to this site.
  • Scrape, copy, or republish product photographs, copy, or data without written permission.
  • Place orders with the intention of unjustified return, charge-back, or refund.

9. Intellectual property

The site design, brand assets, photographs, copy, and code are owned by Perfect Computer and may not be used without written permission. Brand names of laptop manufacturers (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Apple, etc.) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only for descriptive purposes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for the laptop in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including lost data, lost profits, or loss of business) regardless of the cause.

11. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control — including but not limited to courier strikes, natural disasters, power or internet outages, government actions, or public health emergencies.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from a transaction with us is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
